Valentine’s Day 2025

A recap of everything we got up to! ❤︎

There’s something about this holiday that I absolutely adore every year, even amidst the madness. I love witnessing the love shared not only between lovers but also among friends and oneself—expressed so beautifully through flowers, a poetic celebration of the present moment.

Truly, there’s nothing that says “I love you” quite like flowers.

A few of our signature bouquets left the studio on Friday, and we wanted to create a moody mix to honor the depth of love. The arrangement featured the best blooms of the season, including dahlias, gerberas, chocolate Queen Anne’s lace, paniculata hydrangeas, and our signature caladiums—grown by me! Every bloom was sourced locally and wrapped sustainably.

This year, we took a different approach to Valentine’s Day by focusing on connections and community outreach. The lead-up was busy and filled with creativity—mood boards, collages, and handmade advertisements, alongside posting flyers on community boards and sourcing flowers directly from local farms.

One of the highlights of this season was delivering small posies to Ren at my favorite local cafe, All Folk Espresso in Strathpine. It was so lovely connecting with the locals and sharing the freshest blooms. These posies featured dahlias from Jaki’s farm—she grows the most stunning flowers, free of chemicals, with the help of an army of beneficial insects.

Another highlight was the chance to collaborate with Ash from Hooray Brownies. We provided 30 single-wrapped roses to accompany their delightful mixed Valentine’s brownie boxes. The roses, grown by Nood Blooms, were locally grown and fragrant, bringing even more love to their sweet creations.

Thank you so much for your support this year! We can't wait to see what next Valentine’s Day will bring.
